Summer Camp Registration

You can register for your selected camp week(s) below. Please note that these camps are being offered at our THAMESFORD location (115 George Street, Thamesford/Westminster United Church).

For your convenience, we accept online payment methods such as Debit, Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

​

We do also offer payment plans as needed. To take advantage of our payment plan, please select "pay in person" when checking out. Your remaining balance will be invoiced to you in installments. Please note that 'pay in person' is the default text for this option, and your payment will still be processed digitally. For more information on our payment plans, please see the Payment Plan section below. 

Payment Plans

We know that Summer Camp can get expensive - especially when you're booking multiple weeks! That's why we offer a payment plan.

  • If you are not able to pay the full amount up front, please select "pay in person" when checking out. 

  • Payment will be divided equally and invoiced monthly with the last payment being in June .

  • All payments must and will be set up as automated credit or debit withdrawals

  • Payment is due within 15 days of the receipt of your invoice. We gladly accept payments made using major credit and debit cards. This includes Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Please note - if payment is not made by the payment deadlines, your space in camp may be forfeited.
