Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made up to four weeks (28 days) in advance of your child's scheduled camp week. All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within four weeks of your camp start date are reserved for extenuating circumstances or illness (doctors notes are required for a refund). In the event of these circumstances, please contact our camp director to discuss alternative arrangements. Refunds and Exchanges: Switching weeks is possible, subject to availability. Please notify us at least two weeks before the original camp week to make changes. Campers can only switch weeks within the current camp season. Camper Behavior: Campers are expected to treat others, staff, and camp property with respect. Bullying, harassment, or any form of harmful behaviour will not be tolerated. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all campers. Any behaviour that jeopardises the safety or well-being of others may result in expulsion from camp. Incidents will be thoroughly investigated, and decisions will be made in the best interest of the entire camp community. Payment Plan option (Pay in Person) By selecting this option, you agree to equal monthly payments, with the full camp balance due by June 26th, 2026 (prior to the start of camp). A credit card is required to be kept on file and may be charged in the event of a late or missed payment or a late cancellation. Email communication will be provided prior to any charges being applied.
